| Dear Partners, We wish to inform you that, effective immediately, we have decided to terminate our collaboration with the company Boataround. As a result, our boats will no longer be available on their platform and cannot be marketed through their channels. This decision stems from the realization of their unscrupulous, questionable, and exclusively discount-driven commercial policies. These dumping practices are harmful to both fleets and agents. Our shared objective – charter companies, agencies, and brokers – must be focused on quality: the quality of the boats we offer and the quality of the invaluable advisory service you provide to customers in selecting and organizing their vacations. Say no to discount sales! Moreover, their designation of „valued partner“ to various operators creates confusion, unfair competition, and adds uncertainty in the eyes of the customer. In fact, companies are classified as „valued“ based on dubious criteria, presumably awarded thanks to the granting of extra commissions or extra-discounts, in some cases exceeding 50-60%. As mentioned before, we believe it is difficult to combine discounts with quality! (And we have already seen this in the past… Zizoo is a case in point.) We rely on your cooperation to build a better future for our sector together and hope that other charter fleets will follow our example, because while one may go faster alone, together we go further!
