  • Was ist im Charterpreis enthalten?
    Der Charterpreis beinhaltet in der Regel die Nutzung des Bootes für den gebuchten Zeitraum. Kraftstoff, Hafengebühren, Verpflegung und optionale Extras (z.B. Skipper, Endreinigung) sind üblicherweise nicht enthalten und werden separat abgerechnet.
  • Welchen Bootsführerschein benötige ich?
    Je nach Bootstyp und Reiseziel ist ein Sportbootführerschein See (SBF See) oder ein Sportküstenschifferschein (SKS) erforderlich. Bitte prüfen Sie die genauen Anforderungen vor Ihrer Buchung.
  • Wie funktioniert die Buchung?
    Nach Ihrer unverbindlichen Anfrage erhalten Sie von uns ein individuelles Angebot. Nach Buchungsbestätigung und Anzahlung ist Ihr Törn verbindlich reserviert. Die Restzahlung erfolgt in der Regel 4–6 Wochen vor Reisebeginn.
  • Muss ich eine Kaution hinterlegen?
    Die Kaution (Sicherheitsleistung) wird zu Beginn des Törns im Charterbüro hinterlegt und nach schadensfreier Rückgabe des Bootes vollständig zurückerstattet.
  • Was passiert bei Schäden am Boot?
    Kleinere Schäden werden mit der hinterlegten Kaution verrechnet. Für größere Schäden empfehlen wir den Abschluss einer Kautionsversicherung, die Ihre Haftung auf einen geringen Eigenanteil reduziert. Darüber hinaus bieten wir weitere Versicherungsoptionen an – für maximale Sicherheit und sorgloses Reisevergnügen.
